1265 Mechanical stress as a pathomechanism of plantar acral melanoma

چکیده

Sun exposure is widely recognized as the primary etiology of cutaneous melanoma. However, melanomas also occur in skin areas unexposed to sun, such palmoplantar surface. Little known about risk factors and mutational processes acral melanoma; however, they frequently at points higher mechanical stress on hand foot, suggesting a contributing factor for plantar melanoma development. Furthermore, forces regulate homeostasis, especially during development, regeneration, wound healing. In melanoma, due weight-bearing activity was associated with nuclear membrane instability which may explain frequent occurrence points. We analyzed role pathogenesis provide an overview mechanobiology progression aggression. Insights from these investigations will guide management further studies
